20 minutes a day that will up-level your life.
14 videos divided into 2 Modules. Each instructional video lasts 5 to 10 minutes.
Through a series of instructional videos that build on the previous one, spacing the videos one week apart to reflect on the information and to practice.
It will take you 2 months to complete.
The NT series is divided into two parts. First we address the mind, more specifically techniques where your mind is active and engaged.
In part two of the course we focus on your physical experience and combine it with mind work to tune into the body's wisdom.
We set a dialogue into motion, honing in on the symptoms and associated thoughts and also in reverse; thoughts and where we feel those in our bodies. Using techniques, we put it all together into a process.
This dialogue, even if rooted in our imagination, gets us into a place where we can focus on our dreams for ourselves.
You will come away with a sequence of steps for how to shape your life into something, even though you sleep a lot, that you have wished for.
It is healing to coexist with what our body is experiencing, but also allow ourselves to live fully. in this way we get to a state of NappingThriving.
