I'M ELISE
Hello, my name is Elise Champe. I live and thrive with chronic fatigue. I had to reimagine my life and come up with a system. I want to share what I found and created a course, so you can be Napping Thriving too.
The possibility of helping you feel understood while getting to thriving is what motivated me to create this series.
MY STORY
People are always interested to know how I came to choose Napping Thriving as an area of learning and sharing. And what perfect storm lead someone to this unusual chronic fatigue situation, especially as a young person in full swing with life?
In my case a 3-hr surgery in 1997 was the catalyst for debilitating life-altering fatigue.
The silver lining of the suffering that I experienced due to having debilitating fatigue and pain, was the state that I was in daily. All that I was left with was to be present.
Also, my mom and I got lots of quality time. Little did we know she would not live a long life.
I would be honored to share with you the system I have created to mindfully manage fatigue while nurturing the ability to thrive.
The only way out is through. Through the symptoms. Some call it the dark night of the soul; a journey through a tough time to arrive at a new you.
Tuning in is a form of surrender allowing and opening to what may be new information that, for a start, provides a break from our current illness story.
